This website is owned and operated by Restored By God’s Grace LLC.

We provide faith-based personal development services, pastoral-style guidance, emotional wellness coaching, mentoring, and educational resources, including services offered through our proprietary framework, The Emmaus Way™ Method (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using this website or any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to these Terms.

2. Who May Use This Website

To use our website and/or receive our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), and

• Have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement, and

• Not be prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law or regulation.

3. Nature of Services & Scope of Care Non-Clinical, Faith-Rooted Services

Our Services—including those offered through The Emmaus Way™ Method—are faith-based, educational, mentoring, and personal development services. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical mental health care.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Participation in our Services does not create a licensed therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other clinical relationship.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

4. The Emmaus Way™ Method (Proprietary Framework)

The Emmaus Way™ Method is a proprietary, faith-rooted personal development and spiritual formation framework developed by Restored By God’s Grace LLC.

Ownership

All content, teachings, materials, session structures, language, exercises, processes, and frameworks associated with The Emmaus Way™ Method are the exclusive intellectual property of Restored By God’s Grace LLC.

Restrictions on Use

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, license, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on The Emmaus Way™ Method without our express written permission.

You may not present yourself as a practitioner, facilitator, or representative of The Emmaus Way™ Method unless explicitly authorized in writing by Restored By God’s Grace LLC.

5. User Responsibility

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge:

• Personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual development involve personal responsibility.

• Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

• Your progress depends on your own engagement, honesty, and participation.

6. Key Commercial Terms

When purchasing any product or service, you agree that:

1. You are responsible for reading the full description before making a purchase.

2. You enter into a legally binding contract when you complete checkout.

Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Fees, taxes, and any applicable transaction charges will be billed at checkout or on a recurring basis if applicable.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

(i) Merchandise

Physical products may be returned only in the country of purchase. For unused, unopened items, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Shipping terms apply as described at checkout.

(ii) Services & Digital Products

All Services, coaching, mentoring, courses, and digital products are non-refundable.

(iii) Retreats

Retreats are non-refundable within 30 days of the event start date. A 25% processing fee applies to all cancellations. We are not responsible for third-party costs.

8. Right to Modify or Discontinue Offerings

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Services or features at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, downloads, and frameworks—is the exclusive property of Restored By God’s Grace LLC.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Jacksonville, Florida.

Participation in any community spaces is voluntary. Public posts are visible to others. You may opt out at any time.
