Restoration Pastoral Counseling offers a private, faith-based space for women seeking emotional and spiritual support during difficult seasons. These 60-minute sessions are designed for women navigating identity struggles, grief, relational pain, spiritual confusion, or repeated emotional patterns. Together, we create a grounded and compassionate environment where your story is honored and explored with care. Sessions may include: • Reflective conversation and emotional processing • Pattern identification and clarity building • Scripture-rooted reframing when appropriate • Boundary strengthening and identity development • Gentle prayer integration (with your consent) This is not clinical psychotherapy, but pastoral counseling and coaching designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with wisdom and stability. You may book a single session for situational support or schedule ongoing sessions as needed. For deeper, structured restoration, the Emmaus Way™ 12-Week Journey may be recommended.
